Notice for submitting complaint of goods
Generally, before you receiving your order, it is processed with many steps by several departments, such as orders-processing department, finance department, assign department, buyer department, inspecting department, logistics department and so on. In order to make sure our clients can get our jewelry with 100% satisfaction, we are doing our best to control all of the departments to do a good job all the time. However, sometimes, mistake might happens because of transport problem or some staff’s’ careless; so once you receive the goods that has problem, please contact us by email, phone, etc., then we will give you a reasonable and satisfaction solution.
Important Notice: Once you receive the packages, please check the following points firstly.
1. Package Checking, whether the quantity of arrival packages is the same as the shipment bill written and the integrality of the packages, whether there is broken or damaged of the packages, etc., most importantly, don’t sign for if there is any problem;
2. Goods Checking, Please check the goods once you receive them, referring to packing list in each carton;
3. Valid time for Complaint and asking for return or refund, Please submit your complaint within 7 days after you receive the goods if there is any problem; if exceed 7 days we are unable to deal with the problem for you. Hope you understand.
In order to give you a quick solution and save time, when you submit the complaint, please advise us what the problem is in details and advise us quantity, also clear pictures of all the imperfect items once time. Sorry for the inconvenience of you collecting these necessary information:
1. Damage, Quality, Color Problem
If the items you received have Damage, Quality or Color problem, please send us close-up pictures to show the details of all faulty goods and advise us the detailed quantity.
2. Missing
If there is any items missing, please cross check if the item is ignored or not; if any item is short, please check the quantity, weight and inform us.
Please also check if the package is damaged or has been unpacked,if so, send us a photo of the package at the first time for our checking.
Refundment policy
Several conditions must be met before ZuoBiSi Jewelry will refund an item; we also offer partial refunds if conditions for a full refund is not met; but must note that some of our items are non-refundable. You should email or call us and we will be glad to clarify for you. A complete refund for items is allowed that the problems are caused by ZuoBiSi Jewelry; it means that damaged items not caused by ZuoBiSi Jewelry cannot get a full refund.
If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts which we have shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund only.
Generally, ZuoBiSi Jewelry can and will offer complete and partial refunds for most of our jewelry. However, some items on our website might have special conditions and might be non-refundable. When the package finally returns to our office, we will check the item and offer a complete refund if the above required conditions is met; if there are missing or parts and accessories, we can offer a partial refund depending on the item condition.
All packages that warrant a complete and partial refund will have its original shipping fee (from ZuoBiSi Jewelry to you) refunded as well! But ZuoBiSi Jewelry won’t be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from you to ZuoBiSi Jewelry).
All items on ZuoBiSiJewelry.com have 7 days (from our clients receiving the package to the clients contacting us) before being non-eligible for complete and partial refund. ZuoBi Jewelry reserves the right to issue an approximately 15% restocking fee based on the condition and specification of the item.
Relevant items you need to pay attention to,
We are not responsible for the loss and damage during the process of transport of the returned goods. Please refer to the declaring sum filled when we deliver the goods if you want to know the product sum.
Discrepancy in color and shape
What we sell are natural jewelry, we hold the belief of making every effort to keep the most natural characteristics of our products. It is normal that the color and shape of our jewelry occasionally come to be a little different from those in pictures.
