2016 Chinese New Year Holiday Notice


Dear Zuobisi Clients,

Our coming Chinese New Year Holiday will be started from 2nd February to 16th February, 2016, will be a long holiday in total 15 days for our office; also, for our factory, it will be closed for holiday from 2nd February, 2016 and resumed to work in 22th February, 2016, in total 21 days (3 weeks). Please note it.

That is to say, in these 15 days (2nd Feb - 16th Feb, 2016), all of us won't work and can't answer your emails in time, also, all the Express Companies in China won't work, so that your orders placed in these 15 days can't be shipped out to you until 16th Feb, 2016. Thanks for your understanding in advance.

Certainly, you can place your orders on our website any time in our holiday, then we will prepare and ship your ordered jewelry out to you sequentially ASAP once we get back to work in 17th Feb, 2016.

Now, there are still 17 days before our CNY Holiday but for sure it is very urgent, so if you have any jewelry need to buy or restock, please place your orders ASAP, so as to make sure we can have enough time to ship them out to you before our CNY holiday.
